Return Policy 

If there is a problem with an order received, please contact me with concerns and I will respond ASAP. Most parts I sell are used, and I try my best to accurately describe condition prior to sale. In most cases the part has been tested and proven to function properly unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Damage

If a part has been damaged in shipping, contact me. Save all shipping materials. The part has been insured with the shipping company and reimbursement will be administered through the shipping company (UPS or USPS).

Part Not as Described

If the part is not as described, I will accept returns for exchange within 30 days of invoice upon approval of return. If a replacement part cannot be exchanged, a full refund will be sent including shipping charges via PayPal after receipt of the returned part.

Terms and Conditions

Each returned part must be in its original condition as sold. I cannot be responsible for the wrong part being ordered or if the part ordered did not fix your problem, except if the part doesn’t function as described.
